RELEASE TENSION. RESTORE MOVEMENT.

REDISCOVER EASE. RECLAIM YOUR BODY.

Your fascia:

Your myofascial system, made up of your muscles and the connective tissue surrounding them, is a complex, multilayered network that links your muscles, joints, and bones while also supporting your organs and helping them stay properly aligned.

This system forms a continuous, three-dimensional web that stretches from the top of your head to the soles of your feet. You can think of fascia as the body’s internal communication network, sending messages and coordinating responses throughout your system incredibly quickly—often even faster than nerve signals.

When your body experiences stress, injury, or impact, the fascia can tighten and dehydrate, creating a sense of intense restriction that many describe as feeling “trapped” or “bound up.”

“With over 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I use Myofascial Release to gently address the underlying causes of discomfort and help you experience lasting relief and greater ease in your daily life.” ~ Sarah

  • Are you tired of suffering from chronic, stiffness and pain that feels as if you are living in a straight-jacket?

  • Are you experiencing limited range of motion and unable to do the activities you once did with ease?

  • Have you tried physical therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, medications that leave you with side effects that are just as uncomfortable as the pain you are seeking relief?

If you are, I understand what you’re going through, and you’re not alone.

I see you. I hear you. I have been you.

I have walked this path myself.

I have treated many people on this path.

For the last 20 years I have been dedicated to helping people find relief, and Myofascial Release has consistently proven to be the most impactful approach.

Myofascial Release supports a wide range of conditions because it addresses the fascial system—the source of many symptoms—and helps restore balance to the whole person, not just the surface-level discomfort.

Myofascial Release Addresses:

  • Headaches/Migraines

  • Scoliosis

  • Restriction of Motion

  • Jaw / TMJ pain

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Whiplash

  • Fibromyalgia/Myofascial pain syndrome

  • Neck pain

  • SI joint pain

  • Nerve pain / entrapment

  • Surgical scars

  • Anxiety/Depression/PTSD

    … and so much more!

Why chronic pain often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed:

The challenge is that these fascial restrictions usually don’t appear on standard imaging tests like X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans, which is why they frequently remain undiagnosed. Over time, if these restrictions aren’t addressed, they can contribute to unnecessary strain on your joints and organs, leading to additional complications that might otherwise be avoided.

What Clients are Saying!

I had heard a lot about myofascial release over the years, but had never had a treatment. I was immediately drawn to Sarah’s practice given her years of education and expertise with this particular modality and her work with John Barnes.

I signed up for the 2-day restorative myofascial immersion and it proved to be such a healing, grounding, and profound experience.

The gentle movements of the work, along with the warmth of the amethyst crystal biomat created an invitation to surrender my racing thoughts and muscle tension, both of which I so often find myself holding onto.

I am so grateful to have experienced this unwinding of years of “stuckness,” a softening of areas where I’ve held buried emotions, and an overall shifting of body mechanics and patterns. I left the sessions feeling I could breathe more deeply. I felt “reset,” able to let go, and rest.

Through her skilled, intuitive treatment and healing presence, Sarah helped to bring me back home to my body. I trust that she could do the same for you.

I started going to Sarah after recommendations from two friends. I had very painful low back and hip pain and was in physical therapy for a while.

While I did regain some lost mobility it wasn’t until I started going to Sarah that I really saw an improvement.

I always look forward to going and feel like my pain improves every time I leave. I highly recommend booking with Sarah.

I’m an electrician in my late 30’s. I have a broken pars on my L5. I get sciatica, pain, and am scared to move in certain positions. I have a chicken and an egg complex where I dont know if general tightness leads to a flare up of back pain or back pain leads to tightness. Whatever it is, I’ve been getting more and more relief after seeing Sarah.

After seeing Sarah for my first session, I felt a ball a fascia release from my thigh and she has since been able to focus on other problem spots. She is beyond capable of targeting these areas. She communicates well and is a master of her craft.

Myofascial release is different, but just go with it. Sarah knows what she is doing.

Several years ago, I was recommended by a friend to try MFR. I tried a few places and I didn’t feel any different.

She suggested I try Sarah specifically, so I did and I have continued because I was actually feeling better and seeing improvement!

I have many issues with my body stemming from my hips. I was born with hip dysplasia but was not properly diagnosed until my late 30s. I had surgery which was amazing, but they noted

I would still have tightness in muscles and most likely will for life. Sarah has opened up not only my hip related areas but shoulders, neck and back. Most times I don’t even realize how much tension I have until I leave a session and can actually move! I have kept sessions fairly regularly over the years based on how I was feeling.

Sarah works with you and gives you suggestions for home because she just genuinely wants you to feel better.

I’m now postpartum 3 months after a C section and feeling improvement after 2 sessions. I have recommended Sarah to friends and family and they all have been very happy with Sarah and their results. Beyond her treatment, she is a wonderful person and I would recommend Sarah to anyone!
