Did you know that when you stretch, your goal is not to stretch muscles or tendons but to RELEASE FASCIAL RESTRICTIONS?

Muscles do not stretch. Restricted fascia is what makes our muscles tight, causing pain and limited range of motion.

Are you stretching?

People don’t stretch for a variety of reasons:

  • they don’t know what to do

  • they feel like they don’t have enough time

  • they feel they are not “flexable enough”

  • they don’t think it will help

People who do stretch are often not stretching correctly:

  • not holding a stretch long enough

  • pushing the stretch too far

  • bouncing or forcing

Now you ask… how should you be stretching?
